First impressions are usually right.
My first impression of Carter King is that he’s a jerk, and he keeps proving that to be true. He’s persistent in asking me out, and when I learn he’s heir to a company that could do wonders for my career, I finally agree to a date.
It goes better than I expect, and I write all about him in my popular dating blog, ending the post with a challenge for him to kiss me. He does, and it’s explosive. I’m pretty sure I badly misjudged him from the start... until I find out the reason he asked me out in the first place.
Good thing I have a public platform to exact my revenge.
