Kate is a Pacific Northwest girly now living in the mountains of West Virginia. Surviving off coffee, outdoors, and the hope that one day the Mariners will win a World Series.

She got her degree in Sport Management from Otterbein University, a small liberal arts college outside of Columbus, OH. Upon graduating she moved down to West Texas and began working in marketing for Minor League Baseball team and later moved on to Event Planning for a Division 1 University.

Kate fell in love with reading only a few years ago, during her first winter in Northeast Ohio, and deeply missing a sunny West Texas 75 degree February. One random Tiktok roped her down the world of small towns, golden hearted athletes, and cozy suspense.

When she’s not reading, you can find Kate outside, or cheering on one of her many sports teams with her husband Matt, or looking for her new favorite winery.
